What is the period to exercise my right of withdrawal?

No worries! You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.

What are the return conditions?

To have your return accepted, please respect the following points:

  • Items must be new, complete, and unused.
  • They must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and any documents.
  • The return must be made within 30 calendar days from receipt.

Are there any exceptions?

For hygiene or customization reasons, some products cannot be returned:

  • Personalized items
  • Hygiene products
  • Items with specific markings

If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the above-mentioned period, the customer will be refunded for the price of the returned product(s), excluding return fees, which remain the customer’s responsibility.

How do I make a return?

  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. Open the relevant order.
  3. Check the products to be returned and indicate the reason for return.
  4. A return slip will be generated and available in the “Returns” section.
  5. Include this slip in your parcel with the items to be returned.
  6. Send everything to the following address:

Return fees remain at your expense, except in case of our error.

When and how will I be refunded?

Once your parcel is received and checked, we will process the refund of the returned item(s) as soon as possible, directly to the payment method used when placing the order.
