Products & availability

Are the items renewed regularly or available as limited editions?

The boutique offers a permanent collection, available all year round and regularly updated with new products and colors. Limited editions are also released occasionally and can be easily identified using the filter.

Can I personalize certain items (e.g. name, graduation year)?

Personalization is not available at the moment.
For sweatshirts or promotion-specific items, you can contact ESSEC student associations, which sometimes organize custom orders.

Delivery & international shipping

What are the delivery times and rates for France and abroad?

We deliver worldwide.

Are customs fees included in the price?

No, customs duties remain the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.
Please note: new regulations, particularly in the United States, may result in additional charges. Check your country's conditions before placing your order.

What delivery options do you offer?

Standard delivery (without signature) or signed delivery for an additional fee.
Carriers: Colissimo, Chrono2Shop, UPS.
A tracking number is provided once your order has been dispatched.
Tip: group your items in a single order to reduce shipping costs.

Can I collect my order directly from an ESSEC campus?

At the moment, on-campus pickup is not available.

What should I do if I haven't received my parcel?

First, check your parcel status using the tracking number provided at dispatch. If you notice an issue or the average delivery time has been exceeded, please contact our customer service team at: essec@promedif.com or via our [Contact] page.

Payment

Which payment methods are accepted, and are they secure?

We accept credit card payments via Payplug, a fully secure solution. Your banking data is encrypted and does not go through the website.
Your order is confirmed only once the payment has been approved by your bank.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, an invoice is automatically sent to you by email along with your order confirmation.

Returns & exchanges

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders cannot be modified once confirmed.
If you wish to cancel, please contact customer service as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
After 24 hours, cancellation is no longer possible and the product must be returned once received.

Can I return a product if it doesn't suit me?

Yes, you have 30 days to change your mind.

What are the conditions of return?

Returned items must be unused, and clothing must be unworn and in their original packaging.
Parcels must be sent back within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return procedure:
1. Print and complete the return form. (Link to the form)
2. Place it inside your parcel.
3. Send your return using the carrier of your choice to the following address: [address to be added].
4. Keep your proof of postage until you receive confirmation that your return has been processed.

How can I exchange a size or a faulty item?

Exchanges are not available. To change a size, please return the item and place a new order.
Size guides are provided on each product page; we recommend checking them before ordering.

Can I return my order on an ESSEC campus?

At the moment, returns cannot be dropped off on campus.

Promotional codes & benefits

Are there any special discounts for ESSEC students, participants, alumni or staff?

The boutique has been designed for the entire community, students, participants, alumni, professors and staff, with the same prices for everyone.
Event-based promotional codes are occasionally offered and highlighted on the homepage.

Is there a physical store?

There is currently no physical store. However, products are displayed in showcases on ESSEC campuses.
Pop-up stores featuring exclusive collections may also be organized during major ESSEC events.
All related updates will be shared through the school's usual communication channels.

Quality & sustainability commitments

What criteria do you use to select your products (quality, suppliers, responsible sourcing)?

We prioritize products that respect both the environment and people.
Most items come from certified suppliers (OEKO-TEX® 100, GOTS, FSC®, etc.), from short supply chains or fair initiatives.
Each product page clearly indicates the origin, materials and certifications to help you make informed, responsible choices.
Some collections are also selected for their positive social and environmental impact, and future capsule collections will support meaningful projects led by the ESSEC community.

What do you do to reduce the environmental impact of packaging and deliveries?

We work closely with all our manufacturers to raise awareness of environmental impact.
Most are committed to reducing packaging, exploring alternatives to plastic, or using responsible materials. Some protective elements remain essential to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
Following the same logic, your items are shipped without branded tags or unnecessary packaging, helping us reduce waste while keeping prices fair for the community.

Promedif customer service is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
