Delivery – Shipping of Parcels
Shipping Times
We prepare your orders with care!
Unless otherwise stated, your order is shipped within 2 business days after receipt of your payment.
As soon as it leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to track your parcel in real time.
Delivery Methods
You can choose between several options:
- To a pickup point via Chrono2shop, with choice of pickup location;
- To home via Colissimo, signature required.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees include:
- Preparation and packaging fees;
- Transport fees, calculated according to the weight and/or volume of the parcel.
Tip: to reduce shipping costs, combine all your items in one order. Orders placed separately incur separate fees.
Tracking and Receipt
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
We pay particular attention to the protection and packaging of your products, especially for fragile items.
Parcel dimensions are adapted to each product to ensure safe transport.
In Case of Delay or Delivery Issue
We do our utmost to ensure your order reaches you quickly.
However, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.
In case of issues (delay, loss, damage), please contact our customer service: we will help you find the best solution.
Check Your Orders Upon Delivery
Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to check that the delivered products are correct according to their order and that the parcel is sealed and undamaged.
If this is not the case, the customer must indicate it on the delivery note.
No claims regarding quantity or product condition will be accepted if the claim was not made on the delivery note.
The transfer of risk related to the products occurs at the moment of their handover to the carrier.
The seller cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by the carrier.
However, special attention is paid to parcel preparation and item protection, especially for fragile items.
